2025 End-of-year event

Once again this year, we said goodbye to the year with an event that truly reflects our values: energy, sharing and team spirit.

On Friday 19 December, we started the day with an all-hands company meeting — a time for discussion and alignment — which ended with a symbolic yet meaningful gesture: the presentation of bags containing personalised stationery kits, created by Fody Fabrics. This company promotes social inclusion by providing employment opportunities for individuals facing challenges through ethical tailoring projects.

The evening continued at House of Karts, Europe's largest indoor karting track. As we took turns on the track, we enjoyed healthy competition and collaboration over dinner, which brought together the Opto Engineering HQ team and our foreign branches, who were present for the occasion.

The gifts also conveyed a valuable message: carefully selected by Mantovanity, they represented a tangible act of solidarity and social responsibility by supporting the Marcegaglia Foundation's Anti-Violence Centre and contributing to a significant social initiative.
